This policy covers EstateSales.Tools. Our software products have their own sites and their own privacy policies.

What we collect

When you send a request for estate sale help, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the ZIP code and city of the home, the kind of help you need, your timeline and any notes you add.

We also record the time of your request, your browser type and a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address. We use the last of these only to stop automated spam. We do not store the IP address itself.

We collect anonymous page view statistics to see which pages are read. These do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you about your request.
• To introduce you to a local estate sale professional. We share your details with one professional at a time, and only because you asked us to by ticking the consent box.
• To keep the form free of spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who else handles it

Your request is stored with our database provider and a notification is sent through our email provider. Both act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@estatesales.tools from the address you used on the form.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
